SUMMER ART CLASSES FOR KIDS!
Anna will be back for her 3rd
summer teaching art for kids!
She has lots of cool things
planned for this summer!
Kid’s Summer Art Classes!
Led by Anna Minnick-
Art Education Major from UNL
These fun classes will give your child
an introduction to art or expand on what
they already know! The projects are great
and entertaining for all ages. It incorporates
lots of different styles and techniques they’ll
be able to learn and just have fun with!
Classes are $20 per student.
Ages 6-13 (private lessons are available as
well for anyone or students over 13)
They will get to take their projects home
and snacks/drinks will be provided!
Class Schedule:
Saturday June 15 2:00-4:00
Drawing!
Students will learn different drawing
techniques, styles, and artists. We will
use different materials, experiment
with shading, and coloring!

Saturday June 22 2:00-4:00
Painted terra cotta pots!
We will be painting and decorating
terra cotta pots. The kids will be able
to choose their own flower to plant
in their pot and bring home!

Saturday June 29 2:00-4:00
Mosaic!
Students will get to mosaic and
grout a large tile to take home.
We will also do fun practice
activities with colorful paint chips!
Saturday July 13 2:00-4:00
Miniature plant terrariums!
The kids will choose from a variety of
fun jars to put little plants and miniature
decorations in. They can choose a fairy
theme, or fun random miniature items!
Saturday July 20 2:00-4:00
Community Art!
We will be working with clay to
create a large collaborative piece that
will be on display at the Garden Gallery!
Pictures will be e-mailed for a keepsake.
Saturday August 10 2:00-4:00
Painting!
Kids will explore different painting techniques,
artists, and styles including mixed media.
It will be a fun and colorful experience!
SURPRISE BOX!
What kid doesn’t love receiving
a fun gift in the mail?
Anna will mail a surprise box of
activities and crafts to your home
for your kids learning and entertainment!
Boxes will include 3 artistic activities
for children ages 5-10.
Themes include:
‘Cars and Trucks’
‘Dinosaurs’
‘Puppies and Kitties’
‘Princess’
Activities can include-
-Creating dinosaur eggs
- Tiara decoration
-Car keychain
- Animal collages
Boxes will be $20 total

kiddos up for any of Anna's classes,
or for the "Surprise Box" in the mail,

forward it to Anna. She is currently
studying with one of her art professors in
Europe and will be returning the
first part of June!
